Since 2015 the Wheatland & Area Hospice Society has sought to develop collaborative partnerships with all levels of government and Alberta Health Services.  We strive to move death and dying back into our communities and explore the many palliative and hospice models and options available to us.  Our goal is to increase our “capacity to care” for one another.  Thank you so much for your support on this very worthwhile journey.
